Product Overview

The 5200 series electric strike features an in-frame horizontal adjustable design to simplify the installation process.

This features allows the installer to easily adjust the electric strike opening to accommodate the horizontal position of the latchbolt after the strike has been installed. This field selectable fail secure/fail safe unit is easy to install and accommodates latchbolts up to a 3/4" throw. The 5200 is also available in a Complete Pac which pairs the strike body with the faceplates and mounting hardware all in one simple convenient package.

 

  • In-frame horizontal adjustment - Specially designed electric strike to make installation as easy as possible. Horizontal adjustment feature allows the installer to simply adjust the electric strike opening in order to accommodate the horizontal position of the latchbolt after installation of the strike
  • For use with cylindrical locksets, accommodate 5/8 inch to 3/4 inch latch bolts (3/4 inch with 1/8 inch door gap), suitable for aluminum and wood frame doors, strike body 1-3/16 inches deep
  • ANSI/BHMA 156.31, Grade 1 tamper resistant, UL 1034, burglary-resistant listed, UL rated - suitable for outdoor use, endurance rating 500,000 cycles, 5 year limited warranty
  • Non-handed, dual voltage 12 or 24 VAC/VDC, plug-in connector, field selectable fail secure/fail safe, static strength 1,500 pounds, dynamic strength 70 Ft/pounds
  • 5200 Series Electric Strike Kit includes 5200 electric strike body, trim enhancer(with screws), 12 and 24 volt pigtails, and detailed installation instructions
